Dribble Home: Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the game Dribble Home ("the app"), published by SUMAR_TECH ("we"), handles information. It covers the app on Android phones and tablets, Chromebooks, Google Play Games on PC and Android TV. The game is made for children and grown-ups alike.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. You don't need an account to play, and we never ask for a name, email or phone number. Player names in the game are picked from a built-in list (like "Ace" or "Comet"), not typed in. Your progress (stages, stars, stickers, coins, kit and settings, for up to four players on the device) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. The app does not send your progress or gameplay to us, and it contains no analytics.

Your age

When the app first starts, it asks which age group the player is in. The answer stays on the device and is used for one thing only: choosing which kind of ads may be shown (see below).

Advertising

On phones, tablets, Chromebooks and PC the app shows a small number of ads through Google AdMob: never during play, only between runs, and optional reward ads you choose to watch. The Android TV version shows no ads at all.

• If the player is under 13, every ad request is marked as directed to children. Google then treats the request under its child-directed policies: no personalised ads, no remarketing, and only ads suitable for everyone (content rated G). Google does not use the device's advertising ID for these requests.
• For older players, Google may collect and process information such as the device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device model, operating system and interactions with ads, to serve and measure ads. Ads are limited to family-friendly content.

Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy options. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.

Purchases

The game offers a few optional one-time purchases (the Full Road and two looks-only packs). They are made and paid for entirely through Google Play: we never see or store payment details. The app keeps a note on the device of which purchases your Google account owns, so they work offline, and asks Google Play to confirm them when it starts. For players under 13, and on TV, a grown-up has to answer a question before a purchase can begin.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no chat, no sharing and no links to social media, and purchases need a grown-up. A grown-up can find this policy under Settings → Privacy policy.

Security

Ad traffic from the app travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
