Summit Haul: Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2 November 2026

This policy explains how the game Summit Haul ("the app"), published by SUMAR_TECH ("we"), handles information. It covers the app on Android phones and tablets, Chromebooks, Google Play Games on PC and Android TV.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number. Your game progress (coins, the camps you have reached, vehicles, upgrades, paints and cargo looks, daily contracts, Daily Route results and streak, your best runs saved as ghost replays, and your settings) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. The app does not send your progress or gameplay to us.

Usage statistics

To improve the game, the app can send statistics about how it is played to Google Analytics for Firebase: for example which camp a run reached and how it ended, which menus and offers were opened, and what kind of device and country it was played on. These statistics use a random ID that Firebase creates for the app install. They do not include your advertising ID, your Android ID, your name or anything you type, and they are not used to personalise ads. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Share stats. In Europe they stay off unless you turn them on.

Advertising

On phones, tablets, Chromebooks and PC the app shows ads through Google AdMob: an occasional ad between runs, and optional ads you can choose to watch to keep going after a crash or to double a camp's pay. The Android TV version shows no ads, and nor does the app once you own the Summit Pass. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device model, operating system, and interactions with ads. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Shop → Privacy options. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.

Purchases

Optional one-time purchases (the Summit Pass, the Paint Pack and the Cargo Pack) are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app only learns which items your Google account owns, so it can unlock them on your devices.

Other games

The Shop lists other games from SUMAR_TECH. Tapping one opens its page in the Google Play Store app; nothing is sent to us.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

Ad and purchase traffic from the app travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
